At-Risk Warning Signs
The Program Research Findings At-Risk Warning Signs

[Under Construction]

Take inventory of your teen's behavior!

"At-risk" behaviors may include one or more of the following:

Disciplinary and control issues

Running away

Truancy or expulsion from school

Sudden or drastic drop in grades

Radical change in peer group

"Wannabe" or gang activity

Self abusive and/or destructive behaviors

Isolation, withdrawal, depression

Suicidal threats

Verbally and/or physically abusive

Aggressive and/or violent outbursts

Use of alcohol and/or controlled substances

Sexually acting out/promiscuity

Criminal activity against the family

Continually challenges established boundaries

If your child exhibits one or more of the behaviors listed above, feel free to call us for more information.   We sometimes think that the behaviors listed above are typical of all youth, but they are not.  Do not take them lightly.

There are many programs in your community that can assist you and your child with these problems. The Basic Training Camp program may be appropriate in preventing your child from progressing further with out of control behavior that could lead to incarceration.
